Terms and Conditions — RBDS AI Lab × LDoT
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of and enrollment in courses jointly developed by RBDS AI Lab (founded by Ar. Sahil Tanveer) and LDoT (founded by Martin Klaasen).
By enrolling, accessing content, or participating in related sessions, you agree to the terms below.
General
Course content, pricing, and schedule may be updated or modified without prior notice.
Enrollment provides individual access for personal learning only; redistribution or sharing of login credentials is not permitted.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of course materials (videos, exercises, slides, cheat sheets, podcasts, or dialogues) is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All course content is the intellectual property of RBDS AI Lab and Ldot, jointly or individually, as credited.
You may reference or quote small excerpts for educational or research purposes with proper attribution.
Use of any portion of the course for commercial teaching, reselling, or derivative works requires prior written approval from both creators.
Refunds and Payments
All payments are processed securely via approved gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal).
Refunds are only offered under special circumstances (duplicate payment, technical issues) and at the discretion of the course team.
Pricing and discount offers are time-bound and may change periodically.
Disclaimers
The content provided is for educational purposes. Implementation of learned material is at the participant’s discretion.
While accuracy and quality are maintained, neither RBDS AI Lab nor LDoT shall be liable for any loss, damage, or misinterpretation arising from use of course information.
User Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully in any group sessions, forums, or Discord channels.
Any misuse of intellectual property or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension of access without refund.
Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
